Join Nike EHQ as a Lead Brand Merchant, Nike Direct Merchandising, and play a key role within the Nike Direct Merchandising team, driving consumer-right assortments and marketplace success across EMEA. In this role, you will shape seasonal merchandising strategies and build compelling assortments that bring Nike’s Sports Offense to life. By leveraging consumer, marketplace, competitive, digital, and retail insights, you will identify opportunities to serve athlete and consumer needs while delivering strong commercial results. Working at the intersection of product, consumer, and business, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to create innovative, impactful assortments that drive growth, elevate the consumer experience, and strengthen Nike’s position in the marketplace. This is a temporary assignment running until April 2027. What are you going to do? - Own and drive the end-to-end merchandising strategy for your business area, from seasonal assortment creation and buy planning to in-season trading and optimization. - Build and execute consumer-right assortments, translating seasonal strategies into assortment plans using merchandising tools, Excel, and visual presentations. - Partner closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Digital Experience teams to deliver a seamless and compelling consumer journey across Nike Direct. - Leverage consumer, marketplace, retail, and digital performance insights to identify opportunities and drive informed business decisions. - Lead pre-season and in-season business management activities, including seasonal sign-offs, trade meetings, performance reviews, and business recaps. - Influence future product strategies by providing consumer insights and identifying opportunities to better serve the Nike Direct consumer. - Drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and successful execution across key seasonal milestones.
