Senior Performance Media Buyer: Fully Remote (EU Time Zone) Job description We are seeking an experienced Senior Performance Media Buyer to manage and scale high-impact Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns for our client. This fully remote role is ideal for a data-driven expert with a strong focus on lead generation, ROI, and efficient budget management. Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns with an emphasis on lead generation and maximizing ROI. - Manage and scale significant media budgets to drive growth across multiple markets. - Monitor and optimize campaigns daily, ensuring performance, pacing, and profitability. - Run structured A/B tests (audiences, creatives, copy, placements, landing pages) to enhance campaign performance. - Analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies for improvement. - Ensure precision in tracking, reporting, and execution, maintaining high standards of accuracy. - Ensure all ad content is compliant with Meta's policies and internal guidelines. - Collaborate with the Creative Studio team to brief and iterate on creatives for campaigns. - Proactively identify new market opportunities, trends, and growth channels. - Report campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format. Requirements - 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram). - Proven experience in managing large media budgets and driving profitable results. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Excel/Sheets for campaign analysis. - Highly organized with a structured approach to testing and reporting. - Attention to detail is essential-nothing escapes your notice when it comes to tracking, copy, or numbers. - Proactive and entrepreneurial, wit...
