IKEA is in an expansion phase - opening new stores, trying out new formats and reshaping our current assets to reach more of the many people. Our Expansion team builds the critical tools and systems that make this possible, supporting Retail Expansion and Real Estate teams as they bring IKEA to new communities around the world. Right now, we're at an exciting inflection point. We're taking ownership and building internal capability, moving from external teams to empowered internal team. This means you'll have the opportunity to truly shape how we work, what we build, and how we deliver value to our users. We have opportunities across two key areas: · Established systems: Working on tools that support the expansion process and insights management - modernizing, simplifying, and building better experiences for our users · Greenfield discovery: Joining us in the early exploration phase where we're still defining what to build - involving discovery work, stakeholder interviews, needs mapping, and software architecture design.
