Role Overview Lead a team of Account Executives responsible for managing advertiser relationships, post-onboarding account growth, and campaign optimization. Shape processes, partner cross-functionally, and support strategic client engagement. Key Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account professionals to ensure high performance and accountability. - Define operational standards, KPIs, and processes to drive predictable account growth and retention. - Oversee post-onboarding advertiser relationships, revenue forecasting, and prioritization strategies. - Act as senior point of contact for strategic clients. - Ensure campaigns are executed correctly across tracking, creative, compliance, and landing flows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, media operations, technology, and compliance. - Build and maintain scalable playbooks, workflows, and operating cadences to enhance team efficiency. - Analyse market trends, performance data, and campaign results to guide strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
