Vacancy: Sales & Marketing Employee Zwaagdijk-Oost, the Netherlands · 32-40 hours per week Are you the link between customers, sales and marketing that we are looking for? At Neptune Nautical Comfort we have been making bespoke comfort for private yachts, superyachts and shipyards for more than thirty years. Handmade mattresses, lounge comfort and upholstery: design, production and finishing all take place under one roof in Zwaagdijk-Oost. And that is where we need you. As Sales & Marketing Employee you connect customers, sales, production and marketing. You handle enquiries, follow up quotations, keep the CRM up to date and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You also help write content for the website and social media, contribute ideas for campaigns and help organise trade fairs and events. No two days are the same. What you will be doing On the sales side, you handle incoming enquiries by phone and email, identify customer needs and prepare quotations. You actively follow up leads and open questions, maintain customer and project data in the CRM, and spot new sales opportunities as soon as they arise. You also prepare sales reports and support account management. On the marketing side, you help carry out the marketing and communication plan. You manage copy, projects and news on the website, post content on social media and send out newsletters and mailings. You gather photos, project information and customer references, contribute to brochures and presentations, and help organise trade fairs and customer events. You safeguard the house style, keep track of developments in the market and monitor what your marketing activities deliver.
