Job Description As a Pricing Analyst, you will help ensure the accurate setup, maintenance and settlement of commercial agreements. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Credit and the wider Pricing team, you will support the processes that connect trade terms with financial data and reporting. You will play an important role in ensuring that accruals and settlements are processed accurately and in a timely manner, in line with commercial agreements and internal control requirements. You will play an active role in the transition of L'Oréal Benelux into SAP S/4HANA, as well as aligning our trade terms to our commercial transformation roadmap. In this job, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including: Commercial Agreements - Accruals & Settlements Management - Create and maintain commercial contracts and agreements in SAP, using inputs validated with the sales team. Ensure the system calculates and posts financial accruals correctly. - Initiate settlements for commercial conditions, such as year-end rebates and promotional activities. - Track accruals, reconcile them with settlements, and retain supporting evidence of performance. - Create, update and settle commercial purchase orders in the internal purchasing tool, using accurate information ...
