/resource/themes/musterseiten/css/wp_landscape-213102-64.css Internship - Production Management Adhesive Technologies Production Netherlands, Scheemda, Groningen Full Time Limited What you'll do Support Production Management: - Assist in overseeing daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient operations aligned with production schedules and quality standards. - Participates in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize resources. - Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and address technical issues promptly. Warehouse and Inventory Management: - Contribute to the accurate tracking and management of raw materials, finished goods, and intermediate storage to support seamless production and shipping processes. - Support the use of digital tools and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to improve inventory accuracy and streamline operations. - Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow and avoid stockouts or overages. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work with departments such as procurement, quality, safety, and logistics to ensure efficient supply chain operations. - Act as a liaison between production, warehouse, and customer service teams to address potential bottlenecks and improve workflow. - Ensure alignment of production and warehouse activities with sustainability goals, such as waste reduction and minimizing carbon emissions. Continuous Improvement and Digital Transformation: - Assist in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies, such as IoT and predictive analytics, for real-time inventory and production tracking. - Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on process automation and data-driven decision-making. - Support the integration of sustainable practices, including energy-efficient equipment and greener logistics.
