Your role involves coordinating diverse activities and leading the project team to achieve pre-aligned objectives. About the role - Lead a diverse portfolio of office and real estate projects, including new developments, refurbishments, expansions, restructurings, and support for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). - Take overall responsibility for the planning, management, and delivery of projects, ensuring the effective control of resources, budget, quality, schedule, and scope while maintaining compliance with RWE standards, particularly in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE). - Drive the continuous improvement and optimisation of project management standards, processes, and methodologies. - Promote a consistent project management framework to ensure seamless project delivery and smooth integration into ongoing business operations. - Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders (including Executive Board level), working closely with the Head of Project Management and the Head of Real Estate Global.
