Core responsibilities - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice entry, payments, billing, and collections support. - Prepare and post journal entries; maintain the general ledger and supporting documentation. - Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet account reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances. - Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and financial statement preparation support. - Support budgeting and forecasting tasks by compiling data and preparing basic analyses. - Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and applicable accounting standards. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and respond to audit or information requests as needed.
