As a Technical Support Operator , you will be responsible for the smooth operation of machinery and installations within your area of responsibility. You will help ensure that logistics processes run efficiently and that technical issues are resolved quickly. Samsung continuously invests in new technologies to improve its logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Checking and controlling machine settings, including packing machines, AGVs and stacking robots - Solving minor technical irregularities - Contacting vendors to request support in case of defects - Performing preventive maintenance and cleaning of machinery - Managing spare parts on-site - Managing the on-site toolbox - Reporting issues to Facility Supervisors - An interest in machines, technology and automated systems - A practical and problem-solving mindset - The ability to identify and solve minor technical issues - A proactive and independent approach to your work - Good communication skills - The ability to work well with colleagues, supervisors and external vendors - The flexibility to work in a 2-shift system
