Core responsibilities - Qualify inbound and outbound leads and identify customer needs through structured interviews. - Provide clear, compliant advice on suitable financial solutions (e.g., mortgages, loans, savings, insurance, investments) based on client profile and risk appetite. - Prepare and present tailored proposals, comparisons, and cost/benefit explanations. - Manage the end-to-end acquisition process: intake, documentation, application submission, follow-up, and onboarding. - Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline forecasting, and reporting on conversion metrics. - Collaborate with internal teams (sales, underwriting, compliance) to ensure timely processing and high service quality. - Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, internal policies, and duty-of-care standards.
