As a Service & Warranty Employee at Aquadistri, you will have plenty of responsibility, the freedom to work independently, and opportunities to further develop your skills. You will be the main point of contact for our business customers regarding service and warranty matters. You will assess cases, monitor their progress, and liaise with product managers, suppliers and manufacturers. You will also have the responsibility and freedom to manage cases independently from start to finish. What will you do? - B2B customer contact: You will assist our B2B customers by phone and email with technical questions, product defects, return requests and warranty claims. - RMA and warranty processing: You will assess, register and process return and warranty requests in accordance with our guidelines and warranty terms. - Monitoring progress: You will maintain an overview of outstanding service cases, set priorities and ensure that customers are kept informed in a timely manner about the status and resolution of their case. - Quality control and diagnosis: You will carry out basic visual and functional inspections of returned products and carefully document your findings. - Contact with suppliers and manufacturers: For more complex warranty claims, you will coordinate with internal product managers, suppliers and manufacturers and monitor the further handling of the case. - Administrative processing: You will ensure that status updates, credit notes, replacement shipments and other agreements are correctly recorded in the ERP system. - Process improvement: You will identify recurring product defects and bottlenecks in the returns process and communicate these to, among others, the Purchasing and Quality Control departments.
