The position we are hiring for is located in Breda and an office at Schiphol, the Netherlands. There will be international travel involved as this is a Global position. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will be part of the Global IT - Data & Analytics team and play a key role in accelerating Perfetti Van Melle's data-driven transformation. - Lead the global Data & Analytics function and drive the organisation's Data & Analytics maturity agenda. - Translate strategic objectives into tactical and operational plans that deliver measurable business outcomes. - Build and execute the roadmap required to increase Data & Analytics maturity and enable scalable AI, automation and productivity initiatives. - Coach, develop and strengthen the Data & Analytics team while increasing overall team maturity. - Engage and influence Executive Committee members, local General Managers and senior stakeholders across the organisation . - Build organisational buy-in and create alignment around data, analytics and transformation initiatives. - Improve data foundations, governance, analytics capabilities and related processes across the enterprise. - Act as the bridge between business and technology teams to ensure value-driven decision...
