Shape tomorrow. What are you going to do? As a (financial) project administrator, you are responsible for the administrative and financial management of projects and the association. You ensure that project data is recorded reliably and transparently, and you monitor deadlines and grant conditions. - Ensuring accurate and timely project and financial record-keeping - Monitoring internal and external deadlines and grant requirements - Support with budget monitoring and project oversight - Working with Exact and Excel for Reporting (project reports, periodic reports) - Preparing the Annual Financial Statements - Identifying Financial Anomalies - Support with Billing and Invoice Processing - Collaborating with project managers, senior leadership, and the executive assistant - Contributing ideas on process improvement and professional dev...
