As a Systems Test Engineer at Philips within the Image Guided Therapy Systems department in Best, you ensure the seamless performance, safety, and reliability of interventional applications. Working in an international R&D environment, you convert complex system requirements into automated test suites, mitigate risks through threat modeling, and directly impact the future of patient care. As a Systems Test Engineer, you will: • Translate system requirements into measurable automated test cases covering end-to-end functionality and edge cases. • Develop and execute system test scripts using dedicated tools aligned with modern testing frameworks. • Diagnose root causes of defects through systematic debugging and track key performance metrics. • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams globally to ensure high-quality software release readiness. Functie-eisen • You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering. • You have experience with verification of medical device software, Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), or healthcare technology. • You have experience with requirement-based verification, risk-based testing, or system integration testing. • You have hands-on experience with automated testing tools, scripting, or AI-driven verification methods.
