Vanderlande's Warehouse Solutions Engineering Department is responsible for the design, specification, and commissioning of Material Handling Systems and Warehouse Automation systems for our customers throughout North America. You will be responsible for ensuring the design meets the customer requirements, is coordinated with other trades to minimize conflicts during installation, can be installed with efficiency, and maintain excellent communication with the site team. Success in this role involves the ability to balance the technical requirements of the role while also having the soft skills to collaborate with and motivate the engineering team. It also involves working closely with stakeholders from other disciplines and other departments to balance priorities, improve processes and satisfy a complex set of goals. Success will require strong technical skills, creativity, strong interpersonal skills, drive, and passion.
