You investigate problems, identify their causes and work with colleagues to find lasting solutions. From checking materials and products to improving production processes, you help make sure everything runs smoothly and customers receive products they can rely on. What will you do? - Investigate and solve quality issues reported by customers or found during production. - Analyse problems and identify their root causes. - Improve products and production processes to prevent issues from happening again. - Carry out incoming, in-process and final quality inspections. - Check and maintain measuring equipment to make sure it provides accurate results. - Support the calibration of inspection and testing equipment. - Keep quality records up to date and make sure they are properly maintained. - Ensure products and processes meet customer requirements and applicable regulations. - Work closely with colleagues to maintain and improve product quality.
