In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects involving large\-scale data exchanges, multiple systems, and international stakeholders. You will drive project execution, coordinate cross\-functional teams, manage priorities, and ensure alignment between business objectives and delivery outcomes. ### Stakeholder Management * Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, Scrum Masters, developers, and technical experts to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and execution plans. * Facilitate communication between business and technology teams to promote effective decision\-making and shared ownership. ### Project Delivery \& Execution * Own project planning, execution, and delivery activities from initiation through completion. * Define and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, and key milestones. * Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes. ### Agile Leadership * Support Agile delivery teams by removing obstacles, facilitating collaboration, and fostering continuous improvement. * Ensure project delivery remains aligned with business priorities and strategic objectives. ### Requirements \& Functional Coordination * Partner with Business Analysts and subject matter experts to gather, refine, document, and validate business requirements. * Ensure functional specifications are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders. ### Backlog \& Prioritization * Coordinate the prioritization and refinement of project backlogs in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. * Ensure work is aligned with business value and delivery objectives. ### Reporting \& Governance * Track project performance through relevant delivery metrics and progress indicators. * Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and executive reporting to senior management. * Facilitate governance reviews and support key project decisions and escalations. **Profile** **Experience** * Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Agile Project Manager leading complex software delivery initiatives. * Strong experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders, systems integrations, and data\-driven environments. **Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks and multidisciplinary teams.** * Project Management Expertise * Solid understanding of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, and delivery best practices. * Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or PMI\-ACP are considered a strong asset. **Technical Understanding** * Ability to engage effectively with development teams and technical stakeholders. * Experience working with cloud\-based and data\-centric environments, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem. **Personal Skills** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities. * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * Comfortable operating in fast\-paced and evolving environments. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. **International Environment** * Experience working with globally distributed teams and multicultural stakeholders. * Fluent English, both written and spoken. **Job Offer** International environment jpid25b31c8jm jpit1041jm jpiy26jm
