About this role
Description des tâches: You will take ownership of design initiatives from discovery to delivery, working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and, where relevant, our customers. Depending on the problem, this could mean understanding a new business requirement, exploring different workflows, creating and validating prototypes, developing high-fidelity designs, or refining an existing experience. You won't hand designs over and move on. You'll collaborate with Front-end Engineering throughout implementation to ensure the final experience delivers on the design intent and maintains a high level of quality and consistency. Along the way, you'll help evolve our Design System, contribute to our overall UX standards, and use AI and emerging tools pragmatically to accelerate research, exploration, design and delivery. You'll also have opportunities to present and demonstrate solutions to internal and external stakeholders, explaining not just what you've designed, but why. Métier / domaine de formation: UI/UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Autres compétences: • Strong UX/UI and product design skills, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping and high-fidelity interface design. • Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with Design Systems, scalable components and reusable design patterns. • Ability to simplify complex, information-heavy workflows and translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and work closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams. • Proactive use of AI and emerging design tools for research, exploration, iteration and delivery.
