You must be able to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues in English. \* Fluency in Finnish is considered a strong advantage. \* Honest, responsible and trustworthy, with a positive attitude towards work. \* Strong teamwork skills and willingness to cooperate with colleagues. \* Punctual and reliable, with a good sense of responsibility. \* Friendly and professional when dealing with customers. \* Able to follow workplace rules and instructions. \* Able to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment. \* Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.
