Join the team at **Halo Igloos Resort** and work in the heart of Finnish Lapland, surrounded by breathtaking Arctic nature. We are currently looking for a **Yoga & Wellness Instructor** for the winter season 2026-2027. Employment Details - Fixed-term employment from **1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027** - Start date: **1 November 2026 or as agreed** - Minimum working hours: **90 hours per 3-week period** - **Starting salary: €14/hour** - The employment relationship is subject to the **Program Services Sector Collective Agreement** Key Responsibilities Your primary role will be to plan and deliver wellness experiences for our international guests. Duties include: - Leading yoga classes for guests of varying experience levels - Organizing and conducting outdoor wellness and fitness activities - Developing and delivering wellness products and experiences - Maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the wellness facilities - Guest transportation when required - Assisting with other operational tasks within the resort What We Expect - Experience in teaching yoga and/or leading wellness activities - A positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude - Strong customer service and communication skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Good command of English; additional languages are considered an advantage - A valid **Category B driving licence** (mandatory) What We Offer - A unique opportunity to work in an international hospitality environment - An inspiring workplace in the stunning nature of Finnish Lapland - A varied and rewarding role combining wellness, hospitality, and outdoor activities - The opportunity to contribute to the development of our wellness offerings
