Our client is currently implementing a Workforce Planning & Budgeting tool within the People & Organisation domain. The objective is to ensure a more structured, aligned and data-driven approach. In parallel, the consultant will support the Organisational Development team in the transformation of how third parties are managed. Scope of the assignment : Project and functional support in a large-scale project Analytical contributions to workforce and financial planning Contribute to the refinement of processes Structuring governance Key projects of contribution : Total Workforce Planning & Budgeting Tool The consultant will contribute to the structured continuation of the tool implementation by: upporting the Product Owner in coordinating the implementation (incl. tool selection) Refining and structuring existing business requirements into clear and actionable functional specifications (incl. data selection) based on best practices Contributing to the definition and structuring of governance frameworks (processes definition and implementation) Supporting and testing the tool setup ensuring accuracy, consistency and usability of outputs Set up reporting Third-party management: contracting & execution The consultant will support the transformation of third-party management practices: Facilitating change initiatives related to new ways of working with external consultants and contractors Supporting stakeholder alignment and communication across P&O and business teams Contributing to the definition and structuring of governance frameworks (processes definition and implementation) Developing documentation, guidelines and communication material to ensure consistent on/offboarding of third parties Set up reporting Experience & Background Experience : 5 years Background in Finance with an interest in HR – Experience in implementing workforce planning or budgeting tools Proven ability to support change and drive adoption in transversal projects Must have skills Strong stakeholder management Analytical and structured thinking Pragmatic, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset Work autonomously while ensuring alignment within a broader project structure
