You choose your shifts to fit your life situation. Morning, evening and weekend shifts are available, and well agree on a rhythm that works for you together. The job works as a main job, alongside retirement, or as part-time extra work. Evenings and weekends lean toward the city centre and the airport. Morning shifts also include Kela and MPK rides. Behind the wheel, a Tesla Model Y. The cars are in Leppävaara and Viikki, but well find a car from a spot that suits you. Pay is 40 % of the shifts VAT-free cash + holiday bonus paid monthly. This is an employment relationship, not invoicing or B2B. Tips from customers go fully to the driver. You need a taxi drivers permit, a Taksi Helsinki card and everyday Finnish. Experience and other languages are a plus. If you dont yet have a Taksi Helsinki driver card, you can start with Bolt and Uber and move on to Taksi Helsinki once youve completed the card. The fleet is based in Espoo, Vantaa and Helsinki, and well get you started – the systems, charging and car washes will become familiar.
