Jobomschrijving Key Responsibilities Participate in purchasing and commercial projects with a focus on value creation and business performance. Coordinate and facilitate discussions between various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Support negotiations, prepare relevant documentation and follow up on agreed actions. Analyse data and market insights to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement. Prepare presentations, reports and recommendations for management and project teams. Contribute to innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all parties involved. Support the implementation and monitoring of strategic business initiatives. Successful Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, FMCG, retail, category management, account management, commercial, or project management roles. Strong business acumen with an interest in purchasing, negotiations, and strategic stakeholder management. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and manage multiple stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset. Pragmatic, proactive, relationship-oriented, and comfortable operating in an international environment. Fluent in French and English; additional languages such as Dutch or German are a plus.
