About this role
Independently program, set up and operate CNC milling machines based on technical instructions and drawings. Supervise the production process from preparation to series production. Perform tasks with extremely high precision, down to an accuracy of 0.01 mm. Check the manufactured parts to ensure that they meet the specified requirements. Maintain machines by taking preventive or corrective measures to ensure efficiency. Challenges don’t scare you — you’re driven, flexible, and willing to put in the effort. Technology excites you — you’re passionate about all aspects of it. You hold a technical diploma or have extensive experience in the field. Technical diagrams are no problem for you to read and interpret. Structure, planning, quality, and order are key in your approach to work. You work effectively, whether independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of fruit growing machines is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you everything on the job.
