The Sales Support German/English position in the FMCG sector involves managing customer service tasks and assisting the sales team in their daily activities. You will manage two big retailers: Lidl & Aldi. Client Details Our client is an FMCG player active in household products and based in Walloon Brabant. They are looking for a sales support in their KAM team to support the Sales Manager and the sales team for the Retailers Lidl & Aldi. Description As a Sales Support German/English your responsibilities are: You will coordinate client projects and queries You will support the sales team in offers and tenders You will support in the launch of commercial actions You will do administrative follow up on commercial files You will collect, analyze and consolidate commercial information for future purposes You will do the overall support of the Key Account Managers in charge of Aldi and Lidl A successful Sales Support German/English should have: Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken. French is a plus Experience in a customer service or sales support role in the FMCG sector Experience with Lidl or Aldi is a big advantage Strong organisational and multitasking skills Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
