Together, we will build on our company's long history and keep on leading the way to a better world - Identify and analyze customer-specific requirements, and recommend process improvement strategies across all projects. - Develop and standardize QA program for projects according internal and customer requirements. - Identifying process improvements that will increase quality with projects, and provide process improvement ideas to the Regional Quality Management Department.Lead, manage, and coordinate all quality-related functions within the project. - Gather and organize statistical quality data across all projects. - Several years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within large-scale construction projects. - Proven experience in data centers, high-tech, or comparable complex construction environments. - Professional certification in Quality Management (e.g. Quality Engineer), additional qualifications such as Quality Auditor, Six Sigma, or Quality Process Analyst is preferred. - Practical Experience with databases for construction execution (e.g. BIM, EIDA, or comparable systems). - Very good English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage. - Willingness to travel within Germany as required by the project assignments. - Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. - Ability to drive topics to completion with a clear focus, ensuring that issues are fully clarified and resolved.
