About this role
We are seeking an In-plant Ink Room Manager to work at our customer's site in Pleasant Praire, WI. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for many functions, including making ink. As an Ink Room Inplant Manager you will be responsible for:
Performing technical service, color matching, ink production and dispensing inkManufacturing batches of ink under 100 lbs.Performing Quality Control tests on incoming and site-manufactured batchesBeing responsible for inventory management and monthly consignment countsMaintaining INX's excellent relationship with the customer by superior service To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalentBe able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision testDemonstrate excellent customer service skillsHave 2 to 5 years of industry related experienceCommunicate effectively with peers and customersHave excellent written, reading comprehension and math skillsDemonstrate proficient with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skillsHave the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequentlyHave good organization skillsIn addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:
