About this role
We are seeking an Inplant Ink Supervisor to work at our customer's site. This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for maintaining INX's on-site ink room. As an Inplant Ink Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Maintaining daily communication and direction to inplant employeesActing as INX 5S LeaderMaintaining training programAttending customer technical meetingsScheduling vacations and coverage, including sick timeMaintaining KPI'sHelping oversee/direct color matching, inventory, ink manufacturing and housekeeping To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalentHave 3 to 5 years in lab and ink manufacturing environmentDemonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skillsHave excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skillsBe able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision testBe able to lift up to 50 lbs.In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:
