About this role
We are seeking a Technical Service Representative (Metal Deco Ink) to work with us. This person will report to the Laboratory Manager for performance of assigned functions, and coordinates with branch Inplant Technicians. The person in this role will be required to travel domestically up to 50%. As a Tech Service Representative you will be responsible for:
Performing Technical Service in local Lab or at customer locationsPerforming color matchesManufacturing and QC batches on-site at customer locationsInventory management and record-keepingHousekeeping, purchasing and other duties as assigned To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:
Have a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalentMust be able to pass a color vision testHave the ability and willingness to travelBe able to match colors effectivelyDemonstrate excellent customer service skillsEffectively communicate with peers and customersHave excellent written, reading comprehension and basic math skillsHave the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequentlyIn addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:
