Responsibilities
Developing application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionalityLiaise with product development team to plan new features Ownership of Android architectureProduce fully functional mobile applications by writing clean codeUnit testing frameworks; NUnit / JunitTo use and work with outside APIs & Data SourcesMaintaining quality of the code base / code reviews Support the entire application life cycle (Concept, design, test, release & support)Design interfaces to improve user experienceEnsure new and legacy applications meet quality standardsStay up-to-date with new technology trendsRequirements – Essential
In depth knowledge of at least one programming language (Swift/Java)Technical problem-solving skills Proven work experience as a Mobile DeveloperTechnical written and verbal communication skills Experience with third-party libraries and APIsFamiliarity with OOP design principlesDemonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android marketKnowledge of UX and UIBack-end web services knowledge (e.g. AWS)Requirements – Advantageous
