9PH + TRONC (in the region of £100 per week Tronc). —————————————————————— We’ve successfully launched PERU PERDU restaurant at the supercool WHITWORTH LOCKE and now we’re turning our attention to the stunning COTTON FACTORY LOUNGE. We have a focus on: • Looking after our team // no zero hour contracts // 100% tronc distribution // balance & well being. • Residency wine (Austrian & German first up).• Whisky, Gin & Cognac (we are a Hotel bar after all).• Forward thinking cocktails & classic twists.• Food from the residency restaurant, currently PERU PERDU. • Amazing guest service // table service. THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW: • Monthly pay.• 28 days holiday.• Early finishes.• Open over Christmas although limited hours.• We’re doing something different here. Open minded, flexible and accommodating mindsets only.• We need a broad range of product knowledge and skills. A SOUND KNOWLEDGE OF CLASSICS is essential.
