Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
RoleYou are responsable of Level 1 and Level 2 IT tasks (such as preparing computers for new joiners, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, etc..)
You help ensure IT Services delivers the best employee experience in relation to employees support, deployments, infrastructure, and day to day IT activities
You maintain core IT systems and operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications
You track and maintain hardware and software inventory
You ensure meeting rooms and VC systems are functioning properly
You update and document the current IT procedures
You contribute to IT projects and improvements
ProfileYou are passionate about IT and technology, with proven experience in a similar role or in a fast-growing environment
You have a modern approach to IT management (Cloud, SaaS, Google Workspace, etc.)
You provide excellent customer service and have strong communication skills in English and French
You are able to identify recurring issues and evaluate opportunities to automate them
Experience with AI tools or technologies is a plus
