About SarvamSarvam is building the bedrock of Sovereign AI for India. The company is developing India's full-stack sovereign AI platform, building across research, models, infrastructure and applications with a singular focus on making AI genuinely work for India. Sarvam works with leading enterprises and public institutions and is backed by Lightspeed, Peak XV, and Khosla Ventures. Sarvam partners with India's leading brands, including Tata Capital, SBI Life, CRED, IDFC, and LIC.

About the RoleSarvam Studio is our media platform — spanning AI dubbing, live translation, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and audiobook & podcast generation, powered by a shared foundation of voice cloning, stem separation and music generation. Its users range from individual creators to media houses to large broadcasters and streaming platforms.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who knows the media and entertainment industry from the inside — someone who has built products for OTT, broadcast, streaming, or media-tech platforms and understands how content actually gets made, localized, distributed, and monetized. You'll own how Studio serves the media industry: what a dubbing pipeline needs to look like for a broadcaster running hundreds of hours of content a month, what "broadcast quality" means for AI-generated voice, and how AI reshapes the economics of content creation and localization.

This is a builder's role, not a strategy-deck role. You'll talk to studios, broadcasters, and creators constantly, ship product every week, and get deep into how our voice and media models behave in production.

What You'll DoOwn the Studio product roadmap for media & entertainment customers end-to-end — from discovery with broadcasters, OTT platforms, and content studios, to specs, shipping, and measuring outcomes

Translate media workflows into product: content ingestion, dubbing and localization pipelines, QC and human-in-the-loop review, delivery formats, and rights/compliance requirements that broadcast and streaming customers demand

Define what "good" means for AI-generated media — voice quality, lip-sync, emotional nuance, translation fidelity — and build the eval pipelines and feedback loops that hold the product to it

Get into the details of how AI systems behave in production: model selection, prompt and pipeline design, latency and cost budgets, failure modes

Work with the GTM team on pricing, packaging, and positioning for media segments — from per-minute creator pricing to enterprise localization contracts

Be the voice of the media customer internally: relay precise product and model feedback (dubbing failures, audio artefacts, translation misses) to research, and close the loop with customers

Track the AI-in-media landscape — content creation, localization, and playout platforms — and bring a sharp point of view on where Studio should build, partner, or pass

Ship product every week, not plans

What We're Looking For5–10 years of product management experience, with real products shipped at meaningful scale

Strong preference for experience in media & entertainment — Video & Content first platforms OTT/streaming platforms (Prime Video, JioHotstar, Zee5, SonyLIV), broadcasters, studios, or media-tech/content-supply-chain companies (Adobe, Amagi, Prime Focus, or similar)

Deep understanding of the content lifecycle: how content is produced, transformed (dubbing, subtitling), packaged, distributed, and monetized across broadcast and streaming

Hands-on familiarity with generative AI in content workflows — voice synthesis, dubbing, video/audio generation — and clear thinking on quality vs. cost vs. speed trade-offs

Strong data skills: comfortable writing SQL, setting up funnels, and defining success metrics that matter (not vanity numbers)

Strong product thinking: you start with the customer's problem, structure vague problem spaces, and ship v1 without over-engineering

High ownership, high agency: you don't wait for permission, and you've stayed up to fix something because you couldn't let it stay broken

Clear communicator — equally effective with a dubbing director, an enterprise buyer, and a research engineer

Bonus PointsYou've shipped an AI-powered media product — content generation, dubbing, localization, voice, or video generation — that real customers used in production

You've worked with media supply chain, playout, or content operations platforms and understand broadcast-grade quality and delivery standards

You know what good dubbing sounds like — you can hear the difference between passable and broadcast-ready

Experience with usage-based pricing and enterprise media contracts

You've built agents or AI workflows yourself and have opinions on when to use them

Why Sarvam?Sarvam is a fast-moving, high talent-density team building full-stack AI for India, working on problems that push the frontiers of AI with real population-scale impact.

Work alongside researchers, engineers, builders, and business leaders who move fast and hold each other to a very high bar

High ownership and high impact, from day one

Everything we do is AI-first, from the way we build and ship to the way we think about problems

You can work on problems that could change how an entire country learns, works, and communicates

If you want to work on problems at the frontier of AI in India, Sarvam is the place to be.
