Delivery Driver Helper Responsibilities As a Non CDL Delivery Driver Helper, you will start and end each day at our warehouse location, working alongside your delivery team to ensure every package reaches its destination safely and on time. Key responsibilities include:
• Report to the warehouse each morning for package loadout and route preparation
• Ride along and assist the lead Delivery Driver on assigned daily routes
• Handle, load, and unload packages from the delivery vehicle with care and eciency
• Follow all navigated delivery routes and support on-time package completion

• Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery interaction
• Lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently; tilt, push, and slide packages between 50 and 70 lbs.

• Use a smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning, clocking in and out, and communicating with supervisors
• Follow all local and state driving regulations, road safety laws, and company policies
• Work in all weather conditions and adapt to a variety of route environments
• Support the team with rescue calls when fellow drivers need assistance completing their routes
• Return to the warehouse at the end of each shift to complete closeout procedures
Delivery Driver Helper Requirements - Non CDL
We welcome applicants with no prior delivery experience.
What matters most is your attitude and reliability. Requirements for this Non CDL Delivery Driver role include:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid, state-issued photo identication required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Strong English communication skills, including speaking, reading, and writing
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and all weather environments
• No CDL required. This is a Delivery Driver no CDL required position
Delivery Driver Helper Benefits and Schedule
We take care of our Delivery Driver Helpers. Here is what you can expect:
• $19.00 per hour, paid weekly
• Typical 10-hour shifts
• 4 to 5 day workweek with a rotating schedule, no more than 3 consecutive days, with every other weekend off
• Daytime shifts, with the potential to transition to 2nd shift if desired
• Minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks plus 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break per shift
