Constance Halaveli, a luxurious resort in the Maldives, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Villa Host to join our exceptional team. As a Villa Host, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
Provide personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their stayConduct warm welcome greetings and resort orientations for arriving guestsAnticipate and fulfill guest needs, addressing requests and concerns promptlyCoordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiencesArrange and book dining reservations, spa treatments, and excursionsMaintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for future visitsConduct regular villa inspections to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenanceAssist with check-in and check-out proceduresAct as a knowledgeable resource for resort facilities, services, and local attractionsHandle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; additional languages are a plusStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExceptional time management and organizational skillsPrevious experience in luxury hospitality or resort setting, preferably in the Maldives or similar tropical destinationsProven track record in delivering outstanding customer serviceBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferredHospitality certifications, such as Guest Service Gold® Certification, are advantageousProficiency in hospitality management softwareKnowledge of Maldivian culture and customsFamiliarity with luxury travel trends and guest expectationsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPositive attitude and ability to work well in a team environmentComfortable working in a remote island setting WORK WITH CONSTANCE
