Constance Lemuria, our luxury resort destination in Seychelles, is seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser, Beautician cum Spa Therapist to join our wellness and beauty team. In this multifaceted role, you will deliver exceptional beauty and spa services to our discerning international clientele, creating memorable experiences that reflect our commitment to luxury and personalized care. You will work in a serene, tropical setting where creativity, professionalism, and genuine care for client well-being are paramount.
Provide comprehensive hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs and preferencesDeliver professional beauty treatments including makeup application, facials, and skincare consultationsPerform spa therapies such as massages, body treatments, and wellness rituals using appropriate techniques and productsConduct thorough client consultations to understand desired outcomes and recommend customized beauty and wellness solutionsMaintain the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in all treatment areasStay current with industry trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the latest beauty and wellness innovationsManage client appointments efficiently and maintain detailed service recordsBuild strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and personalized attentionCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a welcoming atmosphereRecommend and educate clients on appropriate products and aftercare to enhance treatment results Proven professional experience as a hairdresser, beautician, and/or spa therapist (minimum 2-3 years)Valid beauty or cosmetology license/certificationSpa therapy certification or equivalent professional qualificationDemonstrated expertise in hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatment techniquesProficiency in makeup application and skincare treatmentsKnowledge of spa massage techniques and body treatment therapiesStrong understanding of different hair types, textures, and skin conditionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to understand and address client needsAbility to work in a fast-paced, luxury hospitality environmentFlexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as requiredPhysical stamina and dexterity for hands-on beauty and spa treatmentsAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standardsPreferred: Experience in a luxury resort or high-end spa settingPreferred: First aid certificationPreferred: Multilingual abilities to communicate with international guests
