Oracle DBA needed to help us build the next-generation of customer engagement systems for federal service agencies.
Minimum skills and qualifications:
4 years or more of managing Oracle databases in a Microsoft Windows cluster environment 4 years or more of writing Oracle queries4 years or more of IT Delivery and/or Operations experiencePossess excellent verbal and written communications skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsBachelors Degree or 4 additional years experience in lieu of degreeAble to work flexible schedule/weekends if needed
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Certified Oracle DBACertified SQL Server DBAKnowledgeable with Oracle database as well as SQLServerKnowledgeable in networkingBasic understanding of Windows Active Directory
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the installation, configuration, operations and maintenance of the Oracle databases in a Microsoft Windows cluster environmentResponsible for troubleshooting database issuesResponsible for database performance tuningResponsible for database backup and recoveryResponsible for applying regular database patch and database upgrade
