Job description:
Migrate existing client warehouse(ODS & DM) from SQL server to AWS Aurora. This involves modifying the ETLs on Informatica Cloud and reconfiguring them to point to AWS Aurora DB. Remap existing BI layer to interact with the updated DBRequire to remap reporting layer (Microstrategy and SQL reports) to point from SQL server to AWS AuroraWork with users and business SMEs to define technical specifications to develop reporting requirements, and technical documentationPromote and apply reporting best practicesDevelop/Modify Mappings in Microstrategy and SQL reportingsWork with business analysts and process owners on the development of test cases and scriptsPost deployment support and defect resolutionsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologyExcellent oral, written communication and presentation skillsStrong teamwork and problem solving abilities. 6+ years in Business Intelligence5+ years of MicroStrategy Platform experience, including: Advanced Analytics Reports, Visual Insight Dashboards and Report Services Document creation and experience in administration tooFluent in SQL and able to read and write complex queries, views and stored proceduresExperience in core Business Intelligence/ Data warehousing technology: RDBMS, Web, Client/ Server, OLAP, etcExperience with big data environments (Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra, etc.)Experience working with capturing reporting on Current and Historical DataExperience working with Transformations, Complex reports, Report Services Documents (Dashboards), Rolling Metrics, Nested Metrics, Relationship Filters, VLDB Properties (multi-pass sql, hints, etc)3+ years in SQL reporting services **Please share me your updated word copy of Resume.
