About this role
To strengthen our People & Culture team, we are looking for an experienced People & Culture Operations Expert (f/m/d) who lives operational excellence, further develops HR services, and acts as a subject matter expert for our HR processes and our HR system HiBob.
In this role, you will be the central interface between HR Operations, managers, and employees. You will ensure a high level of service quality, optimize processes, and actively develop our HR operations landscape.
Mission & ChallengesOwnership of day-to-day HR operations and ensuring efficient HR services across the entire employee lifecycle
Acting as the central point of contact for managers and employees on HR operational topics
Functional ownership of the HR system HiBob (configuration, optimization, data quality)
Analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR processes
Preparation of reports and close collaboration with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners
Contribution to HR projects such as process automation and system enhancements
What we’re looking forward toSeveral years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Services
Strong hands-on experience with the HR system HiBob and across the employee lifecycle
Structured, service-oriented, and solution-driven way of working
High affinity for systems and data, with strong analytical thinking
Strong communication skills and confident presence
Very good German and good English skills
