Natter’s conversational AI platform allows tens of thousands of users to simultaneously share ideas and feedback through real-time video conversations. We partner with some of the world’s largest and most complex enterprises (Fortune 500 and equivalent), and are currently growing our team from 30 to 60 employees.
The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer who thrives on owning products end-to-end. You'll work across the entire stack, from shaping the user experience to designing the systems behind it. This is a high-ownership role: you'll contribute to product decisions, set technical direction, and build things that matter.
You'll be joining a small, high-calibre engineering team that values ownership and autonomy over bureaucracy. We care about writing clean code, building reliable systems, and shipping work we're proud of.
How We WorkEveryone owns quality. We don't have a separate QA team: if you write it, you test it, and you ship it.
We ship constantly. We rely on CI/CD, feature flags, and observability to get code to production multiple times a day. Fast feedback is how we learn and improve.
End-to-end ownership. You'll touch everything from database schemas to React components to the AWS infrastructure that runs them. It's your work, but always with your team's support.
We use AI to work smarter. Claude Code, Codex, and other tools help us handle the mundane so we can focus on the hard, interesting problems.
Language isn't the point. We care more about engineering fundamentals than whether you know Python, TypeScript, or Rust.
What You'll DoOwn features from conception through deployment: frontend, backend, and everything in between
Design and build scalable APIs, data models, and backend services
Build polished, performant user interfaces that feel great to use
Collaborate closely with product and design to shape what we build, not just how
Set technical standards and contribute to architectural decisions
Participate in code reviews, help grow the team, and raise the bar on quality
Identify and resolve performance, reliability, and security issues proactively

What We're Looking For5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with strong fullstack ownership
Proficiency across modern frontend and backend technologies (we use React and Node.js/TypeScript)
A track record of shipping production-quality software in fast-moving, post-Series A environments
Strong product instincts: you think about users, not just systems
Comfort with ambiguity; you make decisive technical choices without a perfect spec
Excellent communication skills; you can articulate trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical teammates
Experience with AWS and CI/CD pipelines
Bonus PointsExperience working with AI/LLM-powered products
Background in B2B SaaS or conversational/voice interfaces
Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups
