Compensation PackageThis role pays $85,000–$100,600 a year, and our powerful bonus program is a big part of why. In addition, we provide;
Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend
$12,000 fellowship reimbursement
$5,000 sign-on bonus
7 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure
$10,000 in tax-free student loan repayment over 5 years, paid monthly

What You’ll Be DoingMost of your day is spent directly with patients, planning and delivering hands-on care with the autonomy to treat the way you think is right. That includes:
Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Hands-on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities
Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a PT who genuinely wants to help people move better and wants to keep growing themselves. Ideal candidates have:
A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
A Colorado license, or eligibility for one
New grads welcome. Experience helps, but it’s not required
Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease
Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line
Current CPR certification
Physical RequirementsYou’ll need to:
Lift up to 50 pounds
Stand, bend, reach, and use fine motor skills regularly
Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and therapeutic exercises
