We’re looking for full-time (40 hrs/week) Support Associates who are fluent in Georgian and have professional working proficiency in English (B2+), both written and spoken.
You'll join our remote support team as part of our Shared Service Center, supporting multiple Wolt countries around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing💙
Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone
Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
Growing your skills while working with teams across Wolt to improve our support operations
What We’re Looking For🌟 No previous customer service experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. If you do have experience, that’s a bonus - but not a requirement.
We’d love to meet you if you:
Are a clear and empathetic communicator with a naturally customer-focused approach;
Learn new things quickly and feel comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Have availability to work 5 days per week across different shift types, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as our operation runs 24/7;
Have written and spoken fluency in Georgian and have professional working proficiency in English;
Work well independently and feel comfortable in a remote environment
