Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

What you’ll do:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA
What you’ll need:
Required:High School Diploma Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children Current RBT certification Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
