We’re a growing ABA provider serving children and young adults across New Mexico. This is a fully remote position, with in-person client visits only when they are clinically necessary or a specific case calls for it.

What You Can Expect We understand that being a BCBA comes with a lot of responsibility. We want to give you the flexibility and support to focus on your clients, your clinical decisions, and the people you work with — not spending your day driving from one client to the next.

With Skill Sprouts, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Work fully remotely

Build a flexible schedule

Use your clinical judgment and expertise

Provide in-person support only when clinically necessary

Work closely with RBTs, families, schools, and other providers

Receive administrative and clinical support

Be part of a growing team with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and leadership

What You'll Do

Conduct behavioral and functional assessments

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans

Review data and make informed clinical decisions

Supervise, support, and provide feedback to RBTs and ABA staff

Provide caregiver training and support

Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team

Monitor client progress and make programming changes when needed

Provide ongoing clinical guidance to your RBT team

Complete required clinical documentation

Maintain ethical and professional standards of care

What We're Looking For

Current BCBA certification through the BACB

New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure

Master’s degree or higher in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, or a related field

Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Collaborative, ethical, and family-centered approach

Bilingual Spanish is preferred, and candidates who speak Native American languages are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

$40–$60 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Fully remote position

Flexible scheduling

Administrative and clinical support

Professional development opportunities

Referral program

Growth and leadership opportunities

If you’re looking for a BCBA position where you can work remotely, have a voice in clinical decisions, and be part of a team that values your expertise, we’d love to hear from you.
