Teen-Savvy: Someone who genuinely enjoys working with teenagers, understands their world, and knows how to keep them motivated and engaged. Positive Energy: A reliable, enthusiastic mentor who brings patience, structure, and fun to every session. Experienced: Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), special education, or behavioral support is highly preferred.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1-on-1 behavioral support using ABA strategies. Focus on skill-building, independence, and social skills tailored for a teenager. Collaborating with the family and clinical team to track progress.
