Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is on the lookout for a compassionate and enthusiastic Female ABA Paraprofessional / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide ABA services to a bright 8-year-old child in Pemberton Township, NJ. Schedule:
Flexible; 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, twice a week
Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one ABA therapy services Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Assist with school homework Teach communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills Collect data and document session progress Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Experience working with children preferred RBT Certification preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and dependable Ability to pass required background screenings
