What Our Cost Estimators Typically Do:
Develop estimates, studies, and cost evaluations at all stages of a project Prepare conceptual estimates, detailed quantity take-offs, and cost analyses Review and reconcile change orders, identifying value engineering opportunities Analyze project documentation to build comprehensive cost models Ensure accuracy and quality through QA/QC procedures Research and maintain current cost data and vendor sources Support business development with cost exhibits, proposals, and presentations
