What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose and resolve residential plumbing service calls and emergencies Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fixtures, and drainage systems Perform inspections and recommend solutions customers can trust Accurately document work performed, time, and materials Work closely with teammates, dispatch, and leadership Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call
What We’re Looking For Required
1+ year of residential plumbing experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed
Preferred
Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service and communication
