What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service * Booking appointments and managing clinic schedules * Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries * Maintaining accurate electronic medical records (Accuro EMR) * Supporting physicians and helping clinics run efficiently * Assisting with patient flow and general administrative duties
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 *years* of Medical Office Assistant Experience * Previous experience using *Accuro EMR* is strongly preferred * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask in a busy medical environment * Professional, dependable, and positive attitude * Team player with a strong work ethic * Some Availability for *Evenings and Weekends would be an asset. *
